Integrated sustainable design solutions allowing for a closed-loop off-grid sustainable living system. Intended to provide true freedom by providing for ALL of the various “essentials for life”, as Thoreau put it. Enabling local sovereignty over ALL resources to provide a high quality of life to all the residents without requiring any outside inputs.

Providing not only healthy homesteads but also job training and right livelihood to both residents and the local community. Creating a decentralized network of self-supporting co-housing co-working clusters that over time grow a surplus of resources, i.e. food, water, shelter, power, and trained workforce.
