Financing and governing the projects with modern Bitcoin banking arrangements and legacy asset protection tools, tactics, and strategies. Avoiding the Banks having control over what gets built while providing the occupants with control over their right livelihood and decentralizing their needs for food, water, power, work, and shelter. Creating jobs, job training serving the local populace, and internal community engagement.
Supporting the land, the occupants, and returning surplus resources to them both, while rewarding those that provided funding and inspiration.
